Using what is essentially a 'hole' in the Ice Caves, it is possible to fly beneath two of the CIS capture points and become untouchable by enemies while doing so. I discovered the Ice Cave hole and the platform behind the Lighthouse capture point by looking through ancient "Star Wars Battlefront Glitches" videos on Youtube. I organically discovered the path to the Citadel capture point, and I'm not aware of anyone else having used this strategy before.

This alternative strategy makes capturing these two points much, much easier than before, eliminating some of the precarious gunfights you have to go through to ace this mission. This strategy also almost surely makes Rhen Var quicker, and I'd bet my last dollar a segment under 4 minutes is possible with a good run.

I am going to continue doing research and trying to find similar methods of easily capturing command posts on the Clone Wars Campaign. I'll try to find a way to capture the last post on Rhen Var from out of bounds, (although I doubt it's possible) and then I'll look at Theed and Kashyyyk: Docks. Hopefully I'll find more!

EDIT: [small]After trying this strategy on my Xbox version of the game, the large area to land behind the Lighthouse is not there! Meaning you can't take the Lighthouse and then fly to the ledge near the mouth of the cave. You can, however, fly directly to that ledge from the hole you fall into. (and then onto the Citadel capture point) Who knows, this way might actually save a redundancy most of the time, having to recapture Lighthouse when the CIS almost inevitably take it.[/small]
