I could submit a sketchy run saying I beat the game in 42-43 minutes and no video. Times like under 45:00 minutes need video, all runs under this time without video will stay. And if I could just submit a run saying I did this time, and I never really did, and it will be there, and I never really did it, it can really make the leaderboards more prone to cheating
