Im trying to hunt snow maps but for some reason on ice ramps i always get weird bug and cant get alot of speed
Can i fix it??? older version or smth?
ik but in the clip i wasnt spamming so much cuz i didnt wanted to camera to move
@Gustav_Speedruns well you need to actually spam jumps, you won't get super speed if you don't spam jumps. That's why it didn't work in the video you shared.
What I mean is that it always jumps me up on the ice ramps and i cant do wr cuz i lose all the speed
It's an issue with how the ice block connects to the next block, and how your hands have so much friction. In this case, I think the ice block tilts slightly downward, so when it ends your hands hit the front of the spikes and shoot you upwards.
There are other levels where the ice block connects to the next block weird, your hands sometimes get stuck or it jumps you up like this.
You can try leaning slightly backwards to lift your hands off the ice. I've also had much better luck with ice (especially in this level) on version 0.8.26
@Gustav_Speedruns Yes, it is possible to downgrade to any version of a game on Steam. There are multiple guides online which you could use to do it.
