Any% Campaign Guide

Before starting, change your settings to the low end and change your class to assassin.

General tips (mostly for team deathmatch): Make sure to try and keep your distance from enemies when killing them (once you're a certain distance away, they cannot detect you at all, which is the main advantage of using the assassin class) and frequently visit the ammo pack spots (which upon collected, will reappear every 15 seconds) as ammo preservation is quite important. Also bear in mind that there may be some situations where it may be worth dying on purpose to completely refill ammo (as opposed to a single pack). Generally you want to go for headshots against enemies but if they don't have much health left (perhaps a third or a quarter at most), switch to your pistol to save your sniper's ammo. Enemy assassins are the easiest to take down imo as they can be killed with one shot to the head, plus half of them spawn with a melee weapon which makes them a really easy target.


1: This is the only level where you are forced to be a medic. Go for headshots and move around frequently to make it hard for the enemies to hit you (going in close is ok for this level as enemies have pistols and are weak). I tend to try to go for enemies not around my teammate to maximise efficiency

2: Ammo packs are on the bottom left and right of the map, not much else to say with this level.

3. Ammo might be a bit more of an issue on this map (they're on the top left and far right) but it's designed nicely for picking enemies at range.

4: [Purchase and equip the Surge killstreak and the Vital Sight skill beforehand] This is the only free-for-all level in the campaign. On top of the usual strategies, make sure you focus more so on getting kills than just afflicting damage (if two enemies are fighting each other, it might be a good idea to wait till they're both low and kill them both), ammo packs are on the bottom left and right. Try and maximise the use of your killstreak too.

5: Staying at the middle of the map will give you access to killing enemies from almost everywhere and since the map is small, reaching ammo packs is not an issue.

6: This is the first domination level. You need capture all 3 flags at the beginning ASAP and afterwards, wait till you acquire ~25 points and enemies will start appearing. Your main focus should be on protecting the flags (and reclaiming them if needed) and killing enemies that pose a threat to the flags. Fortunately, the AI doesn't seem to be great at doing this on this level so it should be relatively easy. Killing enemies that don't pose an immediate threat to the flags is ok (for xp) but protecting flags is a priority.

7: [Purchase and equip the Smoke Bomb killstreak] This is the only capture the flag level in the campaign and also one that is also somewhat RNG dependent. The strategy is to kill two enemies on your way to the enemy flag (or intel but I'll call it flag) while being cautious as you approach the area around the enemy flag (enemies can also respawn nearby too) and as soon as you get the flag, use your smoke bomb and pray that you are taken somewhere close to your flag and away from enemies (whatever happens, try to survive) and make it back to your own flag asap. Repeat this twice more. If one of your teammates by chance manages to get the the enemy flag, try to make the most of it too (if an assassin grabs it, it might be difficult as he has low hp).

8: [Purchase and equip the Beretta for your secondary and re-equip the Surge killstreak] Not much to say about this, just remember to abuse your range advantage.

9: This mission can be quite tricky as not only is it a domination match in a very small area (which means enemy spawns can be annoying at times) but you also want to ensure you get to level 11 (player's level) by the end of it in order to upgrade your sniper for the 10th mission so try an kill enough enemies for that. As for the main objective, try to hold onto two flags as much as possible and go for three whenever you feel up for it. Also, perhaps the shadow sneak skill may work alright on this map but I haven't tested it out much to say for sure.

10: [Purchase and equip Jackal for your primary] Now ammo is not as much of an issue and you have quite the better weapon. I still tend to switch to pistol if the enemy is low however. Also beware of the landmines, they can get annoying.

11: All your enemies are tanks for this stage so keeping your distance and landing headshots is extra important. Your teammates are generally at a disadvantage too so helping them out might be worthwhile.

12: Stay around the middle so you can watch over all the flags without much difficulty. Once again, just focus on holding all three flags for as much as possible.

13: [Purchase and equip the Bat for your primary] For this stage, if there are no enemies on the dropship, try to pistol the  enemies above. Whenever you die and respawn and enemies are on the dropship, abuse your respawn immunity and bat as many enemies as you can.

14: [Re-equip the Jackal for your primary] Whenever you respawn, try and land on one of the two side dropships (preferably one with a flag captured by the enemy) and work your way across. It's also probably worth watching how I do this level in one of my speedruns to get a feel of it.

15: [Purchase and equip Shadow Sneak skill and re-equip the Smoke Bomb killstreak] Always fight at a safe distance and whenever you kill the enemy, crouch in the middle of the map and wait till the enemy is a safe distance away once again and repeat. The smoke bomb can help speed up this process. Note that it's probably worth dying at least twice in this level (to refill ammo) but you'll find that tends to happen accidentally anyway.
