Once you break out of the cage and make your way to the cell block, you need to climb to the second floor, and you can just sprint right past the first sentry bot, down the stairs, and up the debris pile to get to Clementine's cell. There is a chance of also alerting sentry bot 2 which patrols the lower level of the cell block, but it won't have the time to shoot at you. After freeing clementine, deciding to save B12, and going downstairs again, you will come across a hallway which contains one rotating, but stationary sentry bot which can usually be ignored. I ran this route 10 consecutive times and was shot by that bot one time. It is possible that I had above average luck with the moving laser walls at the end of the hallway, past the rotating bot, but i was able to mantle the AC units on the wall every time without ever touching the lasers. The 4th bot I came across patrols the area right outside the control room that houses the lever to free B12. Most of the time that bot was either on the other side of the room, or had just turned around, and was not an issue. However, when I did aggro the bot, it was able to follow me into the room with the lever and shoot me during the cinematic of the lasers turning off. After the lasers were turned off, i found it exceedingly easy to just sprint past the sentry bot in the doorway, grab B12, and jump out the window hole you had to use to get past the first moving laser in the hallway. If any of the sentries did see me, I almost always was shot. It is possible to run through their FOVs without getting tased but I wouldn't recommend it. It only worked once for me. After B12 is saved, Clementine breaks a window, and you open up a door, there are 3 bots that you have to trick into empty cells. These sentry bots can't be skipped (afaik). Once you're past them and have opened up the door to the tunnel, the sentries that chase you are scripted and you must run through their FOVs and zigzag to avoid their fire as you chase your getaway vehicle. I hope this helps
