Granted I am playing right now with alot of mods on mainly Frackin Universe, I was fighting the Hytolin mission boss, Nox I think, and my computer decided to do a hard shut down so no file was able to save. When my computer rebooted, I found that the game no longer sees that character though I can find the files for it in the games file directory. I have no clue whither this has anything to do with the mods installed but it is very annoying. I am going to try getting rid of my mods and try to replicate the same effect on a new character but if anyone has run across file corruption before for this game, please leave a post. I will post my findings if I get any here in a bit.

do you think taking the files out and putting them back in might help?

No idea. I have a save of them but I am still going to try replicating it first.

By the way the hylotl mission boss is Asra Nox. You were right that it was Nox
