IGT Timing will be used as it is seen in game. however the older timing rules will remain in place for non-igt time stuff. this new timing rule thing will only affect playtests 4 and 5. 1-3 will not be affected alongside the episodic games. yeah

Playtest's 1-3 will be moved to a seperate board. this board will now be for playtest 4. the Categorys will be Moved when the Playtest 3 and playtests 2 and 1 boards get created. also unlit mode is now allowed thanks to a community vote in the discord server
