Upon seeing that the glitchless guide posted here wasn't finished, I had to create my own route for glitchless to follow while I was doing runs. Below is the loosehand guide I made and use during my runs.
Adventure Time: Secret of the Nameless Kingdom: Any% Glitchless Route Abridged *Timing starts on choosing "yes" at name select or "Start Game" if not using saves
Enter Song Temple
-Walk to castle secret entrance
-Use shield to move spike orbs, enter north room
-Break up-left vase, stand on pressure plate, enter north room, then east room
-Walk up stairs, enter west room again, open 20g chest and reenter east room
-Kill skeletons, open key chest, enter south room
-Push block onto pressure plate, enter south room, then east room
-Leave castle
-Navigate to Choose Goose's store, purchase Plastic Baggie
-Navigate to the east island of the Nameless Kingdom, then to the Song Temple
-Show Keyper Plastic Baggie, enter Song Temple
Song Temple
-Enter north room, then west-most north room, then north room
-Throw Dyno-MIGHT at north cracked wall, enter north room
-Navigate east through fire room, go up southward stairs and enter south room
-Defeat porcupines (hit with sword, tap with shield, hit with sword twice), enter west room
-Open key chest, jump down ledge and enter south room
-Unlock and enter locked west room, enter 1B via north stairwell
-Enter east room, then east room
-Defeat magic pigs, take damage from one or if possible, enter south room
-Solve flame puzzle, open key chest, navigate back to 1B stairwell
-Unlock and enter west room, go up southward stairs, throw Dyno-MIGHT at east cracked wall, enter east room
-Damage down to half a thump, walk over bridge and enter north room and open Grabby Hand chest
-Die to skeleton to deathwarp to temple entrance
-Enter north room, then east-most north room
-Baggie one Dyno-MIGHT, throw Baggied Dyno-MIGHT at east Color Switch, baggie two more Dyno-MIGHT while waiting for thrown Dyno-MIGHT to explode, hit Hand Switch, enter north room
-Push block onto pressure plate, stand on other pressure plate, open key chest
-Enter south room, then south room, then north-most east room
-Throw Baggied Dyno-MIGHT at south cracked wall, enter south room
-Go up southward stairs, unlock and enter west room, walk across bridge to Hand Switches
-Hit Hand Switches in order: (Middle, Left, Mid-Right, Mid-Left, Right) [Piano, Tambourine, Bagpipe, French Horn, Xylophone]
-Enter west room, kill all enemies, go up southward stairs, enter 2F via south stairwell
-Enter east room, solve Color Switch puzzle, enter east room, walk south and enter south-most east door
-Hit top Color Switch, open key chest (top), hit any Color Switch, unlock and enter west room
-Damage down to half a thump, destroy west-most north pots, stand on pressure plate, go on northward stairs, enter north room
-Throw Baggied Dyno-MIGHT near red chest, open boss key chest, die to Dyno-MIGHT to deathwarp to temple entrance (Backup if no more Dyno-MIGHT: Jump down ledge, die to skeleton)
-Enter north room, then west-most north room, then west room
-Enter 1B via north stairwell, enter east room, enter boss room
-Defeat Electric Apes, pickup Thump Container, enter north room, warp out of Song Temple (Try to kill last Electric Ape near north door)
Enter Dream Temple
-Navigate to shops on north island of the Nameless Kingdom, enter Video Store on screen east of shops
-Grabby Hand the cabinet, pick up Heat Signature, exit Video Store
-Go south two screen scrolls, destroy bush at north-west of screen, enter staircave
-Talk to Shelby, trade Heat Signature for Mind Games, exit staircave
-Navigate to west area of Nameless Kingdom (southwest of northern part)
-Go on southward stairs, go south one screen scroll, Grabby Hands Poot from Butt Rock
-Navigate to the east island of the Nameless Kingdom, then to the southern bridge
-Talk to Cinnamon Bun, give Poot, continue across bridge
-Go east two screens, Grabby Hands Tiny Manticore
-Navigate to west area of the Nameless Kingdom (southwest of northern part)
-Follow path west, then south, ending east at Magic Man's hut, enter Magic Man's hut
-Talk to Magic Man, trade Tiny Manticore for Flambo, exit Magic Man's hut
-Follow path back north, instead entering a northward cave instead of taking the path east
-Navigate through and exit cave, walk east, enter northward cave
-Navigate through and exit cave, follow path to cave entrance, enter northward cave
-Navigate through and exit cave, walk west across bridge, enter northward cave
-Navigate through ice cave, talk to Ice King, trade Mind Games for Fanfiction, exit cave through entrance
-Walk west across bridge, follow path westward to Dream Temple
-Light torches outside Dream Temple with Flambo, enter Dream Temple
Dream Temple
-Enter north room, follow left counterclockwise path, Baggie one Dyno-MIGHT, open key chest
-Follow right clockwise path, open key chest, enter east room
-Unlock and enter northmost east room, throw Baggied Dyno-MIGHT at east cracked wall, enter east room
-Follow eastmost path, go on northward stairs, enter west room
-Open Hero Gauntlet chest, push block, enter east room
-Go down southward stairs, enter west room, then west room
-Push block in southeast of room, enter southmost east room
-Solve puzzle, open key chest, enter west room
-Enter northmost east room, push block, enter northmost west room
-Unlock and enter northmost west room, hit Color Switch, enter 2F via north stairwell
-Enter east room, then east room
-Light torches, go on northward stairs, enter southmost east room
-Open key chest, jump down ledge, enter west room
-Unlock and enter west room, hit Color Switch, then hit Color Switch from afar with Flambo, go on northward stairs and hit Color Switch, stand on pressure plate, hit Color Switch, enter eastmost north room
-Go on northward stairs, open key chest, enter eastmost south room

-Run through fire if have enough health, push block on pressure plate if not

-Talk to Coal Man, trade Fanfiction for Honey Energy Drink, exit cave
-Travel northeast to Fear Temple, enter Fear Temple
