Awesome! Although one level is missing from the board, there's another Foliage Furnace Special level after the Storm Station Special level, just thought I'd let you know. Also, does just skipping to a level using Debug Mode count as a debug function not to be used as long as no other Debug options are used?

I thought I might have missed one, it's been added now.

As for the other thing, I'm going to err on the side of allowing it on the basis that it's not part of the run, as long as the start or anything else isn't altered by debug within the level being run as a result of skipping into said level.
