Timer delay guide

Time starts 2.20 seconds after selecting 1 or 2 players if the category starts in Zone 1.  This is the frame Mario appears in the opening cutscene.

Time starts at 0.80 seconds after selecting 1 or 2 players in any other Zone.  This is the frame the title screen completely fades to black.
