This is a really cool idea and would be a nice challenge. Players who have a cable-connected controller could do runs on an even level then as well.

Because why not This doesn't deserve its own category because there are no different strats that could help you go faster in this category. You are just slightly slower at SOME things.
It's also not interesting. You just don't do a spin throw to go as fast as you want, or you have to throw forward in the forks room (where the majority is up throws), it's harder to insta capture, etc. No one is going to applaud anyone for aiming cappy perfectly because you're mostly gonna be seeing people miss their target and not be able to home. It would be infuriating.
YOU WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO QUICKLY ROLL BOOST. This is a key mechanic in all of the categories.
This category shouldn't exist bc all it's doing is hindering movement options. No other category does this. Other categories specify what you have to do to finish, not what you can't do and then finish.
There are probably a bunch of other things I'm missing but you get the picture.
