I started speedrunning the sample courses in this game, but then I realized that "Beat All Sample Courses" wasn't already a category, so I thought I'd suggest it.

It's a bit like "Beat All 10 Mario Challenge Courses", but the 8 first sample courses (I don't know if they have any specific name) and the NWC courses are included, and all the courses are in a set order.

Sounds like a great idea and something I would like to run so I hope the category gets added!!
