Use this to easily remove loading times between 4-4 and 5-1, or manually enter any other adjustment to the timer you'd like while it's running. Could manually enter loading times for world 9, world A, etc. if you wish.
This is an early build, would still like to add hotkeys, presets, and more. Let me know if you find any bugs. There is one known bug currently where you need to add or subtract at least 0.1 at a time. Don't try to do things like 0.05.
