I seem to recall a discussion about this before, and when you submit a time using this, select the Wii VC as the platform. I also think this may run at a slightly slower framerate than SFC/SNES, and I am not sure if these times get adjusted or not, so you 'might' be handicapping yourself a few seconds because of that, but unless you're grinding for WR, I don't think that's a serious issue. Others will hopefully correct me if I am wrong.
