Beat Super Mario Bros. with both Mario and Luigi.

@Bluemlittlem https://www.speedrun.com/smbce/full_game#Coop i mean, thats basicaly it right well the mario and luigi is a coop thing, and as so they did it that you have to play it with 2 different players now, 1p is basicaly doing a 2*any% yourself, idk how about that; in all case, maybe subcategorying

- Timing starts from power-on/reset (or game select if you're using one of the combo cartridges).
- Timing ends on grabbing the axe on the 11th run.
