^^ Theoretically yes, but you need the inputs as the flagpole glitch because you need to clip into the block in the same manner except you can clip 1 pixel further to the left, get on the perfect pixel to stomp the bullet bill and then you need to mash A in order to prevent getting pushed out by the block. You need to try really hard to do the glitch, so it's not going to ruin runs.

^^Tool Assisted Freerun. It's a term generally used in MKW for TASes that don't aim for the fastest time but for glitch abuse and/or entertainment. In this TAS, the goal is not to beat the level as fast as possible but rather to abuse glitches, so it's not much of a "Speedrun."
