Power up frames
"All Items" Speedrunners, this seems like an easy question to answer but I can't find this information anywhere. How many frames does it take to get a power up? Is the delay different for mushrooms vs fire flowers? Thank you in advance because this has been really bugging me that I can't get an answer.
