Hello! I'm not terribly experienced with emulators, so I was wondering if VirtuaNES on a New 3DS would be allowed. I was doing some research and apparently, FCEUX (allowed) is a core on VirtuaNES? I'm not too sure what that means, all I want to know is if my emulator is allowed. Thanks.
i think all the allowed methods appear in the main rules of the game so check there im pretty sure there was some guy playing emulated in a nintendo so ye but not sure
