iSafeStrafe's OoB guide is outdated, so I created this speedrunning pamphlet for some new, or old strats. Notice I use coils to rush through levels. The following speedrunning pamphlet can be found here: (edit: hover your mouse on the video, and click youtube)

Check the guides section for it. I tried to give alt strats for some of the harder strats in the run. If anything needs more clarification, let me know.
