For emulator is mGBA

The following settings must be set before starting a run:

● Audio/Video ▶ FPS Target ▶ "Native".

● Tools ▶ Settings ▶ BIOS, and add a GBA BIOS (typically gba_bios.bin).

Check "Use BIOS file if found" option. Uncheck "Skip BIOS intro" option.

The following settings must be set before starting a run:

● Config ▶ Firmwares ▶ BIOS, and add a GBA BIOS (typically gba_bios.bin).

● It must be hard reset on each attempt with BIOS/GBA Startup Screen and must be shown in the highlight of your submission.

● GBA ▶ Settings ▶ Sync Settings ▶ Skip BIOS ▶ "False".

● If using bizhawk, be sure to show the inputs, fps and frame counter on the emulator screen.
