Why are Yoshi, Toad, Waluigi, Multi, and Multi (SC) the only categories for 120 star? Is there some other star unobtainable to the other characters, and if so, then what star is it?

None of the other characters can get the wing cap star as wing cap is kinda broken for them. Also this was already in the F.A.Q, look there first to see if your question is there please to avoid duplicating threads
