I am new to speedrunning(in general) and I wanted to get into 64 DS

I want to know if I can submit a run on emulator, since 3DS capture cards practically don't exist anymore

Hello S1ushie and welcome to Speedrunning! You can submit runs that are done on emulator, but they are hidden by default on the leaderboards(I believe to promote running on official hardware). You can also record DS gameplay without a capture card. Many people hang there phone over a table or chair to do this.
