I have an idea for 70 star no wing cap because in advanced 70 star, there is only 2 stars that require wing cap so routing could be island hop, instead of the wing cap star itself, you do CCM 18 and double pless, and then for the log star in lll, do the 16 star strat

So it's a 70 star classic

you said it yourself, that only 2 stars in the whole 70 stars category uses wing cap that makes it that the category would be practicaly the exact same than 70 stars, and there not realy a point in creating a new category that someon just randomly though if it only changes 2 stars while the other 68 (and bowsers) are played the exact same
