I believe the timer starts after starting up the save file, I think, so why don’t you wait two seconds before starting the timer and the game recording?
What are you talking about? The game itself loads and I can hear it start up after I hit reset, which is why I start the timer right after I hit reset. There's no need to wait 2 seconds. It's just the game isn't visually there for the first 2 seconds.
Sorry, my English is bad (despite the fact that I’m American) and I don’t really know the SM64 timers. What I was trying to say is that does your game just not show the first two seconds of startup or does it not show the first two seconds after starting a new file?
Just checked, it does say that the timer begins upon startup. Is it something about the emulator, or your recorder? I use OBS, but I haven’t tried recording my emulator yet.
Not sure. I had a setting on that said pause when not in use, which could affect it I suppose. I do use obs to record.
If you wish to replace your twitch highlights with reuploads, please edit your already verified run rather than deleting the verified run and making a new submission. This makes it a lot easier for us to track which submissions are reuploads and should be less work on your part as well.
