Category Extensions that are just "RTA to [arbitrary stopping point]" don't really work well unless there's a good definitive reason to end it at the stopping point. 2/5th of the way finished through an Any% route isn't really a justifiable stop.

Why not halfway (25 shines) it has a reason to stop there (it's halfway to the finish)
