It is not faster to get 1-Captain Toad before World 5 because to get it would require to beat the rest of World 1 or at the least 1-2 Twice. That wouldn't be an issue except it's faster to do the Pipe Jump in World 8 to the World 4 Mystery House than to complete World 1 or World 4.
