well done for finding this trick. this is most likely a feature of the game such that it is unlikely that this is a bug, I also wondered if there is a double jump in other parts of the slime Labs series.

Yea I also noticed this earlier when I was messing around mashing controls. Unless it’s possible to infinite jump I don’t think it saves time

I think that a double jump can save a couple of frames. When we make such a jump in some places, we will be able to start the journey without stopping.

I found a couple of levels where this might be useful.

Level 7: the honey and the 2 circles with spikes Level 9: the honey and the small platforms at the end Level 10: getting the moving platform (difficult) Level 11 (maybe): the 3 circles with spikes

I forgot about the level 10 fast cycle. It’s 100% not possible in normal play but just maybe a double jump could squeeze it out.
