I made a new Human Theory TAS which is most likely the best time anyone will be able to get: It is .3 Seconds Faster than Youtubeman's run and will probably will not be beaten. If it does it won't be more than a couple frames.

I made a new tas which is a 30.50 [L+R] So I think it is possible the In game time ends in a 343 so it is a huge improvement.

1. I found a new mushroom grab method that saves 2 frames.
2. I found a new 364 [First Room] Method that saves idk how many frames.
3. did a faster fire luigi grab that saves idk how many frames but a lot
4. did faster stair movement at the end that saved 1 frame

its possible to get 243 in the last room, probably 244 if my memory is correct
