New Patch - Faster Spawns
On the new patch they said they "Decreased the minimum spawn rate to 0.875 seconds". I've been way faster on all my runs and I'm pretty sure this is the reason.
So, is everything gonna be beaten now?

Rules regarding difficulty
Hello! The rules didn't update properly when I was redoing the leaderboards
Difficulty is able to be freely swapped between in game (Normal, hard, and nightmare)
The difficulties Easy/Beginner are prohibited
