I decided to optimize my run of Shift 3 (just getting through the game as fast as possible) and finished with a time of just under 5 minutes. Yeah, I know I made mistakes, but I guess this is still pretty good. I also found that doing he reactor rooms in reverse is faster, since the first door is closer to the exit. Other than that nothing special here, just going fast and not wasting time.
