I've been running this game offline (sadly w/o a timer) and I see that there is no category on the Barack Fu DLC... Will that change or is there something that blocks it from becoming a category/ies?

Nope, we just haven't had anyone play with it or anything. If someone shows interest with a run with a timer and video we'll discuss it in the discord ( https://discord.gg/Bh2XhNT ) and probably add it.
