In order to reset your profile:

(to be safe) backup your user profile. The folder is located at %USERPROFILE%\Documents\my games\Shadow Complex and then the folder with the long set of numbers and letters. Copy this folder somewhere safe.

Download the "fresh file" save from the Resources area and copy the two files into the OLD user id folder.

- To stop Shadow Complex from just syncing with the cloud, either create a Steam shortcut with the launch parameters below, or just create a shortcut manually.
Parameters: "-AUTH_LOGIN= -AUTH_PASSWORD= -AUTH_TYPE=" EXACTLY, without the quotes
- Start up the game.
If you want to go back to your progress, just restore the files from the backup and get all the gold bars again to regain progress.
