Before the geoguessr update, there were two versions of both Europe country Outlines and US state outline: one formatted like a flag quiz in a clean grid and the other with the elements scattered around a more map-like grid. However, both versions now have the exact same flag quiz grid, so it seems silly and arbitrary to have two versions of the same exact quizzes as their own categories.

I propose that the categories be merged into either flag quizzes or into map quizzes (more likely the former especially with the treatment of other outline quizzes), so as to avoid any future disputes over records and such.

There are actually still two distinct quizzes for both the US state and Europe country cases, a map quiz and a flag quiz. The updates may have just changed how the quizzes are listed.
