Why is this even a category? You have 12 characters as individual categories, and now there's an "Extra Speed" category with no characters associated with it.

Also, it doesn't belong to the Arcade platform, as you don't get the option to change the speed.

This would be more likely to get a reply if you posted this under the specific game the category is for.

Was recently informed of this post as it did not show up in my notifications, but a late reply is better than no reply at all.

I felt it was necessary to add "Extra Speed" as a bonus category because (in the case of the SNES version) a code is required to unlock additional speed stars and because gameplay at that speed just looks ridiculous and silly. Main runs should be kept within the default number of speed stars, and this way, players who wish to crank the speed beyond that can use this bonus category.

As far as organizing the board in such a way that this extra category is only displayed under SNES/Genesis and not under Arcade, I will need to conduct some research to figure that out.
