I rarely do speedruns anymore, but when I do, it's usually obby games (Uuhhh.wav, Doc's Difficulty Chart Obby, etc), so I would recommend obby games

Robot 64 is probably best for a roblox speedrun, it has an in game timer so no need for livesplit. Also, there is lots of tips and you can always find improvements
