I made this in case I forget something, but it can be used as a guide too. You can change the order of some stuff if you think it's better, this is just what I do. (Reset) means to reset the room by double tapping Escape.

<<SWORD>>

Press R to reset game. Timer starts when you hit Y. Reset room to skip opening cutscene. (Double tap Esc, (Reset) from now on) Enter house to right for first piece. (Reset) Leave house and enter right stairs. Follow path and hold button. Enter next room. Hold button and kill all enemies. Push box to button and kill first enemy. Move box up as the third hit begins. Push second box in water. Stand on button, and get off as third hit begins. Next room and continue foward. Take sword. Take chest on way out. (Reset) Enter left dungeon.

<<GUNDERNOURD>>

Go in left stairs. Rush past enemies to next stairs. Push box 2 squares, then dash over water to chest. (Reset) Push box to button and enter stairs. Attack button and go downstairs for a chest. (Reset) Go back upstairs and to the right around the hole. Push box right, go around and push up to button. Go up the stairs. Kill enemies and go to next room. Don’t accidentally talk to the sign. Stand next to the boss and attack once he begins to attack. Beat the boss and take the Red Key. Go to next room, take shield, and press the button. Leave the dungeon and reset once the light effect ends to stop the entrance from being blocked. Leave to the right. Go up and right to the Watcher, then go down and right to the red doors. Dash past the enemy to start opening doors before trying to kill the enemy. Head straight down and enter hole, careful not to talk to the guy.

Go down and to the left. Skip enemies and go to left, then go down. Kill the enemies and go to the right into the cave. Hit the button. (Reset) Go up and take the chest. (Reset) Go back, left, then down. Head right into cave. Go up and to the right to leave cave. Go down and drop into hole. Follow path to stairs and take the Green Key. Go back in stairs, the use key on locked door. Go down and use key to enter boss room. Reset room to skip rock falling. Keep dashing into the boss to kill them quickly. Beat the boss and take the fire. Once it says Inventory, hit V-V-V-V-V-Down-C-V to set fire to C the fastest. Burn tree and fall in hole. Go to left and use key on door. Careful not to take light, open door before dealing with enemy. Go up and to the left. Burn tree to leave dungeon. Go back up to the Watcher. Go up and take right path. Turn right and dash across water to pass tree without burning it. Start moving up and right, stop at the left white square above the dead tree. Go straight up until the water, left two squares, then up to the top. Make a clockwise loop around the water to slide to the left. During this make sure you stay near the middle of the squares so you don’t hit water. Go up to the next room to enter Trohn.

<<TROHN>>

Go up and stand to the right of the dead tree. Go straight up as far as you can go, then carefully slide to the end. Dash past water then go up to the cave. You probably shouldn’t dash for any of those last few parts. Dodge hammer and go up in hole. Take Conch, close inventory, and swim down. Dash diagonally to quickly avoid whirlpools. Go upstairs and turn right. Kill enemies to unlock door. A good way to kill a lot of enemies without getting hit: Walk forward and hit, walk backwards, and repeat. Don’t get hit by ice thing on way out. Go all the way down and exit under the hammer. You can go completely straight until you get to another of those ice thing enemies. It is hard to see, it’s in the middle of a square you pass through. Move slightly to the left to move in between it and the whirlpool, then continue going straight. Take the left waterfall and turn left. Take the Blue Key and go down the waterfall. Go to the right and unlock door to boss room. Attack all 8 arms to beat the boss. Aim for lots of arms near each other. Try getting 3-4 arms each cycle. Stand in his mouth after beating him to immediately go to the next room. Talk to the thing and then leave through portal. Go up and right to get a chest. (Reset) Then go to the left and return to dungeon. Take chest in the first room. (Reset) Go all the way down until you are back to the burnable tree. Even though you can swim now, try to stay on land and ice since it’s faster. Keep going right until you reach next dungeon. Swim around the tree along the way but burn it while swimming for later. Go up to enter Lacste.

Go up and press button. Come back and press right button. Go back up and take chest. (Reset) Press button on left then go up. Hit switch. (Reset) Push first cube straight up onto button using fire. Push cube on the right down and to the inner left button. Push left cube up from bottom. Push in to the right until it hits the pillar. Then down and to inner left button. Stand in center of cubes and use fire. Go up and take shard to the left. Go up and make a right and then down. Dash past all the enemies. Use back and forth method for sword guy since he’s in the way. Take chest (No Reset) and burn tree to press button. (Reset) Kill the enemy. Hide behind cube then start attacking right after he attacks. Use fire to move the enemy onto button. Move the cube through the second path. Once the cube is on the button, step on the second button. Go back to room with enemy then down. Make a right then go up. Move block and take the Purple Key. Go back up and behind enemy and unlock door. Take right path and then right again. Lead the box in top right to the left, down, then right. Move the cube down, to the right twice, down, then right. Take the third shard in the top right. Wait for the shard to disappear. (Reset) Leave to the left and take the up path. Lead the first box down and to the right. Lead the second box up and to the right. Hide in space to get past it. Go back down to take shard. Wait for shard to disappear. (Reset) Go back down and take the left path this time. Run to the button at the bottom, then to the button near the cannon. Run to the back of the cannon for the final shard. Wait for shard to disappear. (Reset) Go back down to the shooting enemy. You don’t need to kill it. Go down and left until you reach the final shard. (No Reset) Go right and up the stairs to the boss. Stand in the middle in front of the boss where the wand will appear. Take the wand and equip it to C key. (Once boss spawns press V-Down-Down-C-V.) Stand as far away as you can while still hitting him, on the right side. Move to the middle when he shoots on the side. Try to shoot in the middle too. Leave the dungeon while the boss is still dying and the screen is white. Dash forward in the middle and shoot the wand to open the door. Then dash through it. You won’t be able to see while doing this. Go to the left until you reach statue. Go up stairs in top left and enter cave. Pass through cave and go down first waterfall. Go right and enter cave for a chest. (Reset) Go down left waterfalls for Penguin's Feather. Go down to the first town, then right into the forest. Go down while staying towards the left side until you reach an opening. Go left for the next dungeon.

<<WOSHAD>>

Take the right path and kill enemies to unlock door. Go around the hammer and up. Run past the second hammer and up to press button. Turn left to press second button. Go up into the house to receive Ghost Spear. Stay close to the edge without falling off to get around the plant thing. Don’t want to dash here either until the long, straight stairs. Do NOT talk to the guy. Equip it to C key. (V-Down-Down-C-V) Go back down and to the left path. Go to the left and return to the beginning. Go left of the hammer instead of around it. Take the left path now. Move cube up, then left twice. Press opposite direction you want, then direction you want, to quickly change direction. This helps so you don’t fall off. Move cube down from the top behind the wall, then left to the button. Take the Yellow Key then dash off the side for a quick reset. Leave dungeon now. You don’t actually need to complete it. Enter small cave to right. Take the chest. (Reset). Head right of cave to the witch to get the dark sword. Equip the wand agian. (V-Up-C-V) Go down to the well and swim down. Open the door to left with wand and key. Enter then immediately leave. Head right to find a chest. (Reset) Enter dungeon after reset.

<<BOSINIAD>>

Equip spear. (V-Down-C-V) Go up and use spear on right wall to kill enemies. Go up and to the right past the hammer. You probably want to be careful in this dungeon. Not dying is more important than going fast. Make sure to kill all the enemies in the chain rooms so they don’t push you off. Skip past the enemies in the next room. Reset the next room to skip rock falling. Go left to reach the Dark Shield. Take the shield and then run past tree. Pass the first two chains and wait on the left side. Kill the enemy then pass the next chain. Run around the hammer and go down. Go right past the hammer again but go down this time. Use the shield to open the lock and go in. Run down the path and go to the next room. Walk past the tree and spear the next enemy through the wall. In the next room, again spear enemies from a distance. Go up and pick up the Dark Suit. Go up and let the enemies take you across. You can dash in between. Take the chest to the left. (No Reset) Go up a room and take another chest to the left. (Reset) Then go up to the boss room. Go through the left entrance. (Reset) Stand in the center and attack the two enemies at once. You can just spam your sword without moving. Move forward a little while he is stunned to make sure you hit him. But if you stand in the perfect spot, you won’t have to. Go up and leave the dungeon. Head left to the Watcher then go down into the forest. Head all the way left through the forest to Woshad. Go right, past the first hammer, then down past the red blocks. Go up and spear the block away. Go past hammer to bottom right corner. Spear the enemies while on the right wall, then take the chest in lava. (Reset) Leave the dungeon the way you came in. You can pass under hammer instead of around it. Go up and right to the Watcher, then go up. Take the left path and go behind statue. Take right path to enter final dungeon.

<<GHETHIS>>

Go up and spear block to enter dungeon. Go up and right to get final chest. (No Reset) Spear enemy through wall, kill the squids, then go upstairs. Kill the enemies to unlock the door. Dodge the chain and go upstairs. Go across waterfall holding up to not fall down. Go right into the portal. Go left and past the hammer to the left side. If you start dashing immediately, you can get past enemies and hammer without waiting. Go up the stairs and to the left. Go past all of the turrets until you reach the Ghost Sword. Killing enemies makes this dungeon much easier. Use the back and forth method. Head back through the portal and now go up. Turn on the light with the sword by walking diagonally up and left then attacking. Go to the next room. Wait for one laser to fire, then go down. In between lasers, change your position. Go right and head past the next turrets. You can skip two at once, but not three. Pick up the Fire Wand and equip it to C. (V-Down-C-V) Go back through the portal. Go left past the hammer again but now to the right. You can pass on the right side. Use the Fire Wand to pass the locks. You can open the door from a distance since it shoots. Drop back into the first dungeon. Head down and to the left, breaking the dirt with your sword. Go behind the monster near the left to enter the final boss room. Star in top left, run in circles as the rocks fall, then sword the boss into the lava. Move to next corner, counter-clockwise, after each hit. Don’t get stuck in the plants. Three hits will kill him. The rock will explode after killing him, so don’t stand too close if you’re at 1 hp. Then head up and to the left path. Talk to the Watcher, and spam X as fast as physically possible. Don’t kill him though. Leave the room and go to the right. Take the Seedling to win the game.
