Move to where the first circle will appear during the time between the completion of the current stage and the start of the next one.
Level 3 (Big Dipper) to 4: Move from the last circle to near the bottom left corner.
Level 11 (Heart) to 12 (Shoe): Move from the last circle to slightly right from the Level x of 20 text
Level 15 (Key) to 16 (Weird Spiral?): Move from the last circle to the center.
Level 16 (Weird Spiral?) to 17 (Treble Clef): Move from the last circle to the center.
Level 19 (Reciprocal Graph) to 20: Move from the last circle to slightly up-left from the center.

--Ways to save time during the stage--
While you connect the dots you want to do it in as little distance as possible.
Level 7: While making that arc from circles 1 to 2, make it a small arc that just passes 3.
Level 18: Make arcs connecting the first four squares, a square works for next 4, and last 4 are arcs.

--Maybe theoretical time saves--
Level 7: Directly going to circle 2, skipping 3
Level 20: Skipping at least one circle to be more direct
