Find the manifest of the version you wish to download. I made a list from 1.1.0-1.2.7 here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1U2rYYipvyWkyIJNlcPjduuUzPo-3PSfNV5ya00OmeiE/edit?usp=sharing

Press windows key and r.
-
Enter steam://open/console into the prompt that comes up.
-
Enter the command: download_depot 1782380 1782381 <manifestID>. Enter the manifest of the version you wish to download into <manifestID>. For example, if you wanted to downpatch to version 1.1.0, you would enter the command: download_depot 1782380 1782381 5280557177933446330

Wait for it to download. This may take a while (It took around 15 minutes for me.) Once it is downloaded, it will give you a prompt saying, "Depot download complete."
-
To find the files, navigate to your Steam folder and go to Steam\steamapps\content\app_1782380\depot_1782381
-
Right click on SCP: Containment Breach Multiplayer, go to manage, and then click browse local files.
-
Delete all of the files under the folder: Steam\steamapps\common\SCP Containment Breach Multiplayer Make sure to not delete the folder SCP Containment Breach Multiplayer.
-
Drag all of the files under Steam\steamapps\content\app_1782380\depot_1782381 into the now empty CB Multiplayer folder.
-
Enter Steam in offline mode and boot up the game through Steam to prevent it from updating. You will have to play the game through offline mode until you wish to return to the current patch of the game.
