Rush and dive,catch and dive,HA and rush higher"RH",rush close to ground"CTG"
Catch 3 time,2 HA,catch and dive over the bumper.3 rush,DJ under the last point.

I saved one second in the two jungle levels and 2 against Shadow.

A giant shortcut in the scrapyard

My time is 2;08(this game is underplayed mostly, too much stuff... ), At the beggining, switch to Sticks before to fall, double jump and shot, the teleport will bring you back, switch back after jump.
Now you must jump at the right moment, visually, at the beggining of a virage, rush+jump, then, vertically, then, on the left,, that's it.
Jump once, you'll land, catch the second point, if you quit it at the right time:you'll land beetween ennemies.

At least 3:20 in the volcano

FAJ:fall and jump
RAJ:rush and jump
SP:stop the projection of a bumper with a jump,a character swith or a rush
You can HA and catch from very far and quit with good momentum,they removed that in the sequel.
DJ over the bumper and catch from far;2RAJ,after Tails,FAJ before RAJ.
Switch to Knuckles when the tunnal is at range,punch instead of a second catch,always return to Sonic,FAJ through everything before a SPJ,jump through the loop from the second raw of rings,SPJ,DJ and HA,SPJ.
It's better if you can RAJ under a bloc,you don't need a rush for the one before-last,catch from far and rush for the last one.
No HA,SPC after K.Don't fall,delay the second jump to go under an ennemy.Now here is the main shortcut:you can RAJ under the obstacle.SPJ.
Jump high and use 3 rush,if you quit the very last point at the right time:T glide over the tornado,you can still jump out of it in case...
DJ early,SPR,catch the second point,HA,catch and rush over the bumper,SPJ.The ennemy require a late HA,SP with a catch,punch through the ennemy,punch and jump over the bumper before the end.
