A simple shell script to help players on Linux systems to put their game in a NG state.

Running this script will move your existing saves into a new folder known as HiddenSaveGames. When you are done with NG runs, you should run the *Restore Saves.sh* script to set them back to normal.

Before using it:

1. Go into the game's Properties on Steam and under General de-select the option that says "Keep game's saves in the Steam Cloud for Secret Agent Wizard Boy and the International Crime Syndicate"
2. Open the script and modify the APPDATA_DIR directory. Set it to the location of your Saved folder, which contains a folder known as SaveGames.

Shell Script - Backup Saves

A simple shell script to help players on Linux systems to put their game in a NG state.

Running this script simply deletes the SaveGames folder and its contents. You should run *Backup Saves.sh* first to protect your standard save file. After doing a NG run, close the game and run this script before re-opening it to attempt another NG run.

A simple shell script to help players on Linux systems to put their game in a NG state.

Running this script will delete the SaveGames folder if there is one and then move saves from the HiddenSaveGames folder into the standard SaveGames folder. It is meant to be used after running *Backup Saves.sh*.
