New load remover and FPS rules (PC runners)

The load remover used in PC runs has recently been updated to remove dialogue which improves parity between different FPS settings, as dialogue skip speed scales linearly with FPS. Make sure to download the newest version. We are aware there are some instances of dialogue not caught but they should be consistent from machine to machine and this is in progress of being addressed.

Additionally, the upper limit for FPS has been set at 180 as the game's physics and mechanics break down beyond this point. Specifically, some sword skill chains become impossible and movement speed is drastically increased (nonlinearly). As a result, it is now required to show an FPS counter on-screen at all times during your run (effective immediately). You can use either your GPU software or the steam FPS display, preferably in high-contrast colors.

All of the above only applies to PC runs. Console runners need not be concerned with it.
