I'm making this because I've seen people attack the spurt/ghost one by one in speed-runs. This wastes a lot of time, especially when doing speed-runs.

Here's a brief description of the method that can also be found in the linked video's comment section:

The reason why this method (shown in the video) works is because SP i.e. Ghost/ Spurt doesn't knock you back, allowing you to preserve your momentum. You can use this to your advantage by just clicking on the flames since your character will already continue to move the direction in which it attacked the SP from. As the character keeps moving, you'll be going through the next spurt's blue flames anyway (when the spurts are clustered together). Instead of moving back and avoiding the red flames of the next spurt you're about to run into, click the next blue flame. you'll not only preserve your momentum but also end up killing the line of spurts ahead of you when chaining this together.
