Things to know beforehand
The tri battle system of Vash-Leanne-Zeph works around two different types of damage: the Scratch damage related with submachine guns and the Direct damage related with hand guns and grenades
Similar to FF13 stagger mechanic, the Scratch damage will be the one in charge to increase the total damage output that will be converted by the Direct damage
Direct damage is very powerful by itself from Prologue to Chapter 4. After Chapter 5 we completely rely on using the submachine gun except on Chapters that use Electro Grenades EX
Scrath damage is represented in blue and Direct damage in red
The main difference between hand guns and grenades is that grenades deal a higher Direct damage total output in a one shot blow while hand guns give a multiple shot with minimum Direct damage
Character's stronger power is the invicible dash called "Hero Action" (HA). 1 HA consumes 1 Ruby (bottom middle of the screen). Destroying an enemy barrier gives 1 Ruby back. Killing an enemy recovers 1 Ruby. Clearing a room replentish the entire Ruby bar. There are rooms that can be cleared by killing the mob with the "Leader" title next to its HP bar. HA do not consume Rubies in empty rooms. Running out of Rubies put the party in Critical Condition where they can easily get killed and barely shoot
When a HA is performed in between the other 2 characters you get 1 Resonance stock to perform a triattack that can be clockwise or counterclockwise at will (I use Vash as reference so I will reference left/right regarding Vash's position), the higher your resonance stocks, the longer the duration of the triattack (1 stock means the character will perform a HA until it reaches the first character position and so on...)
The overworld map is locked with gray and colored cells that can be unlocked by placing pieces named hexes with the same color
The most particular case is that colored hexes will leave marks with the same color on the ground when unlocking a colored cell. This can be used to keep chaining the same color of hex until you are done
We also want to avoid picking up not useful chests while unlocking the overworld
If you escape hex while traveling inside a dungeon you will exit to the overworld

Each character can carry 2 different items as long as their current weigh carry level allows it
If you see that we use an item that we did not buy it is because we got them from overworld chests, I am not going to enter in placements detail since watching VODs is better

OPTIONAL TO READ - TL;DR Lore
Lifespan is determined by quartzs in Basel's world which are controled by god. The so called Prelate from Basel is the person in charge of preserving the faith in god from humanity as it is believed that this faith is correlated with the lifespan of each individual.
After the Prelate dies and Sullivan meets Rebecca (the only known person to survive in the polluted outside world of Basel) which developved demonic powers due to this exposure, Sullivan shows Rowen the true face of god. A machine called Zenith is the one in charge of the quartzs. After this revelation, the leader of the cardinals and succesor of the Prelade, Rowen, enters on an anger state cursing the lie of faith.
Nevertheless, Rowen accepts Sullivan's proposal to experiment with Zenith as Rowen was in deep love with the Prelade and wants to bring her back to life, while Sullivan seeks for the immortality Rebecca posseses.
Different quartzs were created with predeterminated lifespans by Sullivan. Every human died after the quartzs were broken except for subject number 20, Leanne which was very special for Juris, one of Sullivan's investigators who begged to Sullivan to let her live.
Leanne finds out about this situation and decides to suicide by falling from a high building in the same day her quartz was going to break, but she is saved by Zephyr.
At this point, Leanne joins the mercenary group with Vashyron and Zephyr. Vashyron is a renegade from the Cardinal's Soldier forces as their team died on an expedition where Rebecca went on a rampage. Vashyron survived due to Zenith deciding it was not the time for him to die.
After this event, Vashyron decides to leave the corps and live life with the money he can get from missions of different people, including the cardinals. One of these missions was to kill one of the kids of the Seminary that survived another one of Sullivan's immortality experiments. This time instead of manipulating Zenith, he injected Rebecca's cells on those kids who died after except for Zephyr, who entered on a demonic state similar to Rebecca's and killed everyone around him.
Vashyron single handles the battle and shoots Zephyr twice in the head but he survives due to Zenith interfering once again. After Zephyr calms down, both Vash and Zeph decide to team up together.
While the first chapters of the game can look like mere objectives to complete with filler chapters in between, chapters 10 and 11 shows Zephyr desire to die as he cannot forgive himself for what he has done in the past and goes to fight Lagerfeld to pay for his actions, being saved this time by Leanne shooting Lagerfeld from the back. Chapters 13, 14, 15 and 16 can be interpretated as Leanne's battle against her Fate with the support of Vashyron and Zephyr against the desire of the Cardinals to finally kill her and preserve faith from humanity since her existence is the prove that god does not exist, meaning that all the previous missions on the different chapters were a set up from the cardinals to eliminate the party.
At the end, all Cardinals from Chapter 15 and 16 survive thanks to Zenith.
In the last cutscene you can see Zephyr with Vashyron calling Leanne as she is distracted in the outside world gathering to the sky while she whispers that "All she really needs, is within her grasp", revealing that her quartz was all the time inside her right hand
This can be interpretated as Leanne was always in control of her own fate and no matter how hard the Cardinals tried to look for her crystal (Chapter 7) they will never reach it.
There is a theory that implies that experiment #20's crystal was never destroyed in the first place (as Leanne's shows in the last cutscene) so the crystal that was broken was the Prelade's one. Meaning that Sullivan started with the experiments way before Rowen knew anything about Zenith.
