I don't think it is, My run is using 48 fps and when I retimed it I got "Time starts at 1.729 and ends at 12.146 at 48 fps to get a final time of 0h 0m 10s 417ms. I find this is the ending frame: Can you please tell me your splits so I can be certain that it's timed correctly?

I agree with Arcie here. I retimed his run myself just to be sure, and he beat me by a decently large amount of time for an IL (0.5s)
