Well yes its a glitch because its exploiting something that wasn't intended in the first place. Also yes the ladder leading to the final part is broken because its outdated but that still makes it a glitch since its due to the engine not correctly placing the ladder.
yes, exploiting a solid object that's operated by the player, 100% a glitch, first of all, it was probably intended as sort of "hidden feature" as it shouldn't at all be a solid object. secondly, the part is broken because it's not held together by anything, or anchored, I literally don't think you played any sort of game, or ROBLOX to know any of this basic garbage i'm saying.
