okay so. I thought NEaDC was the only thing with this but it worked with all of the reduced jump NEATs sooo maybe more skips? idk?
Rule Changes
Short little announcement that doesn't apply to most people, but from now on, any horrific or above NEAT completions on PC must use Nohboard to be verified. This is due to the difficulty of the NEAT and it generally being easier to verify if it's a legit completion or not. This won't apply to people
