The emotes used, Uprise and V Pose are obtainable for free by finishing the mission in Chapter 2 of Tommy Play. My avatar uses free body parts to make myself move quicker when bunny hopping diagonally. Collecting a skull while in V Pose can allow you to have a similar speed glitch that is faster.
