personally i've only ever gone probably 22 hours without verifying a run, phrase your question correctly and you may get the answer you're looking for :)

probably 9 days, highest i've seen is 8 but they rarely get that high

uhm check my yt and see the DUOS SHOP 15:54.200 speedrun. That was on October 14th and if you go to my profile you'll only see my solo shop run

Yeah runs in pending have hit 10 days, but we still have up to 21 days to review them.
