also i wanted to ask if its ok if friends pov is laggy (his computer is pretty bad)

I'll paste this information from the category rules:

• All co-op runs must have POVs included in the speedrun description or the video link area • You can stop recording after the revive option has ended when you have died

Dying is allowed, but leaving the game intentionally (especially for an advantage) is not. That's why they need all the POVs.
