Couple off notes. First of im getting an error because Road Rash name conflicts with Road Rash 1991, so in order save changes, id first need to change the games name...

a global rule, as it currently looks like this only applies to a full level run.

Cutscenes should not really matter for "one race" runs like the ILs. The timer starts pretty much at the start of the race and ends when you cross finish line, so possible cutscenes do not affect it..
